Description: CD5 labels the majority of T-cells in peripheral lymphoid tissue. Tumor cells: Expression of CD5 has been found on most T-cell lymphomas, and neoplastic cells in centrocytic lymphomas, and in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemias.
