The IHC-Tek DAB Peroxidase Substrate Kit contains all of the reagents necessary to prepare a working solution for immunohistochemical staining of tissue sections, cultured cells or whole mount samples.
Simply mix 1 drop (50 ul) of DAB Chromogen with 1 ml of DAB Dilution Buffer to make DAB Working Solution. The DAB Working Solution can be easily adjusted by adding more or less DAB Chromogen to DAB Diluiton Buffer to meet specific requirement for different applications. This kit can make total of 120 ml DAB Working Solution.
The DAB Substrate produces a brown reaction product that can be dehydrated and permanently mounted.
