Special formulated hematoxylin and eosin solution for quality and fast H&E staining with no need to perform bluing nor clearing/differentiation steps. Nuclei are stained blue crispy clear color with pink cytoplasmic and background color.

This kit is designed to stain formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue sections, and may be used for frozen sections as well. Strongly acidic mucosubstances will be stained blue, nuclei will be stained pink to red, and cytoplasm will be stained pale pink.

Alizarin Red S, an anthraquinone derivative, may be used to identify calcium in tissue sections. The reaction is not strictly specific for calcium, since magnesium, manganese, barium, strontium, and iron may interfere, but these elements usually do not occur in sufficient concentration to interfere with the staining. Calcium forms an Alizarin Red S-calcium complex in a chelation process, and the end product is birefringent.

This kit is a modified Highman's Congo Red stain. It is used for the detection of amyloid on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections with amyloidosis, and may be used for frozen sections as well. The amyloid deposits will be stained red and the nuclei will be stained blue. The thickness of sections is usually 5 um. But in case of inadequate amyloid deposits, 10um thick sections will be more satisfactory.

Fontana-Masson stains argentaffin granules and melanin. Melanin is a nonlipid, nonhematogenous pigment. It is a brown-black pigment present normally in the hair, skin, retina, iris, and certain parts of CNS. Argentaffin granules are found in carcinoid tumors. This kit is designed to stain formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue sections, and may be use for frozen sections as well. The argentaffin cell granules or melanin will be stained black. The nuclei will be stained pink-red. The cytoplasm will be stained pale pink.

Three step procedure for differential staining of blood smears. Used to evaluate blood parasites, microbial organisms and bone marrow specimens, Hema-Diff™ is used extensively in FNA Cytology and Veterinary Medicine. The entire procedure takes 30 seconds as air dried specimens are fixed in Solution 1 then dipped in Solutions 2 and 3. Staining intensity is easily manipulated. Three step procedure for hematological staining, FNA staining, and used as a special stain for helicobacter pylori.

This kit is designed for staining myelin/myelinated axons on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded brain and spinal cord tissue sections, as well as frozen sections. The myelin, including phospholipids, will be stained blue to green, and the neurons will be stained violet. This stain is commonly used for identifying the basic neuronal structure in brain or spinal cord tissue. 

This kit is used for the detection of collagen fibers in tissues such as skin, heart, etc. on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections, and may be used for frozen sections as well. The collagen fibers will be stained blue and the nuclei will be stained black and the background is stained red.

This kit is used for the detection of Nissl body in the cytoplasm of neurons on formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissue sections, as well as frozen sections. The Nissl body will be stained purple-blue. This stain is commonly used for identifying the basic neuronal structure in brain or spinal cord tissue. 

This kit is for lipid and fat staining on formalin fixed frozen sections. It is not suitable for paraffin embedded tissue sections.

This kit is used for identifying elastic fibers on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, and may be used for frozen sections as well. The elastic fibers will be stained dark brown and the nuclei will be stained light blue. The Acid Orcein Solution has also been show to stain the rough endoplasmic reticulum of hepatitis B infected liver cells (ground glass cells).

This kit is used for detection of glycogen in tissues such as liver, cardiac and skeletal muscle on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, and may be used for frozen sections as well. The glycogen, mucin, and fungi will be stained purple and the nuclei will be stained blue.

Prussian blue reaction involves the treatment of sections with acid solutions of ferrocyanides. Any ferric ion (+3) present in the tissue combines with the ferrocyanide and results in the formation of a bright blue pigment called Prussian blue. This is one of the most sensitive histochemical tests and will demonstrate even single granules of iron in blood cells.

This kit is used for the detection of cartilage, mucin, and mast cell granules on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, and may be used for frozen sections as well. The cartilage and mucin will be stained orange to red, and the nuclei will be stained black. The background is stained green.

It's one of the best understood techniques of collagen histochemistry.

Mast cells are found in the connective tissue and their cytoplasm contains granules (metachromatic) composed of heparin and histamine. This kit is designed for staining of formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue sections. Mast cells will be stained dark blue/red purple (metachromatic staining) and the background will be stained light blue (orthochromatic staining).

This technique is for demonstrating deposits of calcium or calcium salt so it is not specific for the calcium ion itself. In this method, tissue sections are treated with a silver nitrate solution and the silver is deposited by replacing the calcium reduced by the strong light, and thereby visualized as metallic silver.
