IHC Validation Service

  • In order to successfully and consistently perform routine immunohistochemical staining, it is critical to develop an optimal protocol for a specific antibody. Our IHC Validation Service is designed to validate an antibody and develop a standard staining protocol for a specific antibody therefore reaching the maximal signal to noise ratio.

IHC Routine Service

  • We perform routine immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF) and immunocytochemistry (ICC) staining using our well-established, optimized antibody staining protocols on formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections, fresh frozen sections as well as cultured cells.

Apoptosis Detection Service

  • Apoptosis, also called programmed cell death, is involved in many physiological processes by which unwanted or useless cells are eliminated during development and other normal biological processes. Cells undergoing apoptosis show characteristic morphological and biochemical features. There are many methods involved in the detection of apoptosis. We offer TUNEL staining for the detection of apoptosis in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues, cryostat sections, cell suspensions, cytospins, and cell cultures.

  • TUNEL Staining: Label apoptotic cells in research samples by modifying DNA fragments utilizing terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) for detection of apoptotic cells by specific staining. The end products can be enzyme end labeling or fluorescent end labeling.

 

 

Whole Mount IHC Service

  • We perform routine whole mount IHC staining using standard immunofluorescence method. We also help to develop project specific staining protocol according to client's needs.

 

Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Service

  • Complete TEM service.

  • TEM thick sectioning and toluidine blue staining.

  • TEM thin sectioning and contrast staining.

  • Negative Staining for viral & bacterial detection & mycoplasma contamination analysis.

  • TEM Immunogold Labeling service for protein sub-cellular localization.

Tissue Microarray (TMA) Construction Service

  • TMA is a powerful technology for high throughput analysis of biomarker expression in a large number of tissue samples. These samples include human tissues, animal tissues as well as cell lines. Our TMA Construction Service includes design and creation of customized paraffin recipient blocks, tissue core transfer and insertion, sectioning of filled TMA blocks and staining of TMA slides.
