Hi,

I'm looking for a good rabbit polyclonal anti-F-actin antibody (or pan-actin) for using in immunofluoresence studies.
I would be very gratefur to you if you could tell me your experience.

Hi,

I used the Sigma D-5060 rabbit polyclonal anti-actin with good results even in tricky tissue (intervertebral disc matrix). Antigen retrievall was done by pepsin digestion of the tissue. 1:100 dilution worked fine (didn't try to go lower though).
