Hi, i 'd like to know if is possible to use  fluorescence methods to substitute the use of radioactivity in the dna, rna analisys.

What specific method you are using for DNA or RNA analysis? ISH? If this is the case, I am sure you can use fluorescence methods (FISH) to substitute the use of radioactivity.

Indeed this is true although expect a decrease in sensitivity which is mostly acceptable especially when probe is good.[/color]
