Does anybody know of a reliable p-blood group antigen antibody that can be used on formalin fixed parafin embedded sections of various human smooth muscles?
I have tried SSEA-3 from DSHB which has been shown to recognise the same globoside as that in P-blood group antigen but I can't get any staining after citrate antigen retrieval (all previous published data is from cryo sections so it may be that the Ab just doesn't recognise the fixed/retrieved epitope)
