i work on rat brain and spinal cord.
i already used the SMi35 and SMI32 from Covance on paraffin section (tissues were fixed with 4%PFA)
This is my protocole:
Pretreatment microwave, 10 min in citrate buffer pH6.0
Quentching in NaAzide 20 min
Block with 10% goat serum 20 min
1st Ab dilution 1/500 over night at 4C
2 nd Ab dilution 1/200 ( goat anti mouse)
HRP 30 min
DAB 2 - 4 min
Could you give some advice about this Ab?
