Hi Everbody
my question about How can I insert SiRNA in gram negative bacteria?
In Eukaryote cell by transfectamin is possible but in prokaryote cell(bacteria) is impossible
please let me methods os insertion SiRNA in bacteria

I know nothing about bacteria but are the mechanics of RNAi conserved in bacteria? Have you looked in literature, someone must have done what you are trying to do?
