Myocardial Necrosis
« on: January 15, 2009, 10:18:30 AM »
I'm doing a project where I'm looking for necrosis in myocardial cells and was wondering if anyone could help me with antigen markers for detecting necrosis in paraffin sections? They're rat hearts. I saw some mention of troponin, myoglobin and creatine kinase but I'm not sure if I'm on the right track.

Any help is appreciated!
