So far as I know CD19 only works with frozen sections. Here is a link to the antibody. http://www.abcam.com/index.html?pageconfig=datasheet&intAbID=212. Good luck.

Just found a CD19 antibody that works in paraffin sections. It is from Maine Biotechnology Services. Cat# MAB6097A, dilution range 1:5-1:40. I personally never tested it. The info is from datasheet.
