Combined HE and luxol fast blue staining

Hi,

I am intending to do combined luxol fast blue and HE staining of PFA fixed, frozen postmortem human brain tissue.

Do you have a good protocol for that? My desired section thickness is 30-40um.

The best combination is luxol fast blue and Nissl (Cresyl violet) staining. Refer to this protocol.
