I am trying to mark podocyte with either WT-1 or GLEPP1 ｂｙ IHC ｏｒ ＩＦ ｉｎ ｒａｔ ｋｉｄｎｅｙ．
Is there anyone deal with these two Abs before? Could we share experience?
When I try WT-1 from santa cruz, I see a lot of background on tubullar cells but not in glomerulus where it should be positive.
For the GLEPP1, I am not sure which Ab is better. According to the literature, the good one is using a monoclonal antibody produced by themselves. Is that means all commercial Abs are not good? or I should try one?
Any suggestions are welcome!
