Immunostaining

Can frozen tissue that has been immunostained be immunostained again with a different antibody after the first immunostaining is finished?  If so, what steps need to be taken?

Yes it can. How did you detect the first antibody? DAB, fluor? Take care in removing any coverslip and staining, as tissue may wash off the slide.

It was DAB.  Coverslip hadn't even completely dried so removal was easy.  I tried it and it seemed to work.  Thanks!
