Hello everybody!
How can be stored cell cultures after fixation if it is necessary the gap between fixation and staining (ICC).
In your experiment we are planning to compare staining between young and senescent cultures 2 and 10 passage. Staining will be done at the end becouse we are waiting for antibodies.
Could staining be delayed in time? At which conditions could be stored fixed cells?
And which way to fix them is better?
If anybody knows please share information with me!
