Hi,

I'm wanting to look for potential changes in cholinergic receptors in rat thalamus (particularly the reticular nucleus). Ideally I would like to do this immunohistochemically and use a light microscope for analysis (as that is all we have ;-) ). Is this possible? I have looked at some antibodies, but they are all for specific nicotinic/muscarinic subtype receptors, is there one that will just stain for 'general cholinergic receptor'?

Thanks!
