differential staining of blood and lymph vessels in paraffin embedded mouse

I need to stain differentially small blood and lymph vessels in a paraffin embedded mouse soft tissue surrounding the knee. Ideally, I would like to use robust antibodies, that are standard in the field and have short incubation times.
So far, I found that CD31 is used to stain lymphatics, but is seems to also stain blood vessels.
There are also D2-40 lymphatic marker and Factor V11 blood vessel marker from Biocare.
Which ones to choose?

I am sure that some serious research is going on here and the need for the differential staining of blood and lymph vessels in paraffin embedded mouse are essential for further study!! I am sure that with the options they want suggestions about which ones to use to get the best results!! In these sorts of studies, it is of utmost importance that we choose the perfect markers to get the nearest and accurate results!!
