Position : Research Associte/ Sr.Research Associate
Qualifications MSc / B Tech
Experience: 4-5 years experience in IHC in molecular path lab.
Location: Bangalore
Role:
• Develop and validate biomarker assays by IHC
• Image analysis and validation of analysis methodology
• Calibration and maintenance of equipment with proper documentation.
• Independently carry out all types of procedures such as accessioning, processing, embedding, cutting and staining of tissue slides.
• Preparation and maintenance of reagents and supplies
• Responsible for quality control
• Assay trouble-shooting
• Preparation of instrument and assay SOP
• Ability to clearly communicate scientific objectives and project results
Skill Set :
• The position requires training and experience in immunohistochemical techniques
• Molecular pathology laboratory hands-on experience and handling of automated systems .
• Previous knowledge in biomarker assay development and validation will be added advantage.
