Protocol for neonatal brain fixation for IHC?

Does anyone have a good protocol to fix neonatal (p1) mouse brain in order to perform IHC.  I have tryed 4%PFA immersion, but does not work very good.

In the fixative section of the database, IHCworld used to say Bouin Solution was good for the brain:

Fixative - Bouin Solution*

Picric acid (saturated) ------------------- 75 ml
Formaldehyde (37-40%) ---------------- 25 ml
Glacial acetic acid ------------------------- 5 ml

Mix well.

Note: Used for routine surgical material, especially for preserving soft and delicate structures such as brain tissues.
