I am trying to source an antibody for CD11c in human ffpe tissue but havent had any luck so far any ideas greatfully accepted

Please wright back if you find one. I have searched some time without any success (CD11c and CD19) suitable on FFPET.

Hi Ole , ive been on to nearly every antibody company in europe and someone in tech services in BD Pharmingen said that the formalin fixation damages the CD11c epitope hence why there is none supplied

If im not wrong they said the same about the CD5 some years ago, lets hope its just a matter of time.
I just got a sample from Serotec CD11c, i was sure there where printed P (paraffin section) on the application part. When i got the sample and my new glasses i saw it was IP (immunoprecipitation) :lol: . Well at least im going to give it a try.
