Alk Phosphatase in bone

I'm trying to do Alk Phos in bone tissue. It shpould appear in the osetoblasts. I get alot of what I think is Ionic interaction staining in the surrounding bone tissue as well. Any suggestions?

Maybe endogenous alkaline phosphatase?
