Which kind of antigen retrievals should be used in VEGF, VWF and PECAM stainning? Thanks!

Which clones or antibodies specifically - it makes a difference? What tissue - human or mouse?

Which antibodies specifically? Sources, clones might help us to be more precise in our answers. It does make a difference - for example one clone of PECAM we have for mouse tissue works with different Ag retrieval than another we have!

I mean, where did you buy the antibodies and what clones or preps are they? A goat anti-mouse CD31 might need a different antigen retrieval than a rat anti-mouse CD31.

ic....the antibodies are the products of Santa Cruz, they are mouse anti-rat VEGF, rabbit anti-rat VWF and PECAM
