Title: neomycin phosphotransferase
Post by: batrdnm on June 29, 2006, 04:42:27 PM
Does anyone tried to use neomycin phosphotransferase II (npt II) protein as a expression marker in knockout mice Ab instead of beta-Gal? If yes, does npt II localized in the nuclei or it has cytoplasmic localization, or it depends from the cloning vector? I have got some nuclear staining using anti-npt II polyclonal antibody and I am not sure whether it is specific or non-specific.
