Title: How to isolate myofibroblast from carcinoma?
Post by: Wang XF on August 28, 2006, 12:27:07 PM
I will isolate and culture carcinoma-associated myofibroblast to prepare a series of biological experimental study, but I don`t know what method  can be used to isolate and purify myofibroblasts.
Would anyone like to tell me how to isolate myofibroblast from carcinoma tissue?

Not an easy question to answer in this type of forum ... How do you plan to isolate: culture, cell sorting, etc etc.? If you tell us this perhaps we can go from there. In the meantime, I suggest you search PubMed, there is a ton of info in journal articles on this topic.[/color]
