Title: Membrane Antibody!?
Post by: figgle on September 06, 2006, 03:10:22 AM
Hi,
We made a actin-hCD2 transgenic mice and now I'm confirming hCD2's ubiquitous expression. The problem is that I need a membrane marker to show hCD2 locates on the membrane in different organs, so does anyone have ideas whether there's a membrane antibody showing strong signals on almost all the cells?THX

Hi all, I'm also interested in an answer to the above question. So, I thought I join in this thread...

We're trying to separate plasma membrane from the rest of the cells. When I was looking for a plasma membrane marker, I found the following site: http://www.organelle-markers.com/plasmamembrane.html

Does anyone around here have any experience with one of those markers? Any help is much appreciated!

Different organs/cells may need different membrane markers to detect. See review below.

Thank You for this thread, I am also interested in membrane protein markers for colocalisation studies.

I would be especially interested if anyone would now working antibody for plasmatic membrane in plants.
