I have used colchicine injecting to lateral ventricle of brain and the purpose is to stop certain neuropeptides transporting from cell body to terminal, therefore enhancing cell body staining.

Is the procedure hard to do?  I have surgical skills to do this but I am just wondering on a time consuming basis?  Is there information on how to inject and mapping for location?

THX

It is not easy, but with some practice, it will not be too difficult. First decide the right coordinates, and then practice, adjust the coordinates if necessary according to animal weight.
