Title: p75 NTR in dental pulp nerves.
Post by: klarish03 on March 26, 2007, 04:15:11 PM

May you please assist me in this. I have been trying using p75 NTR as my primary antibody with no success. I don,t know exactly where do I go wrong.

I use mice in postnatal day 4. Tissues were demineralized in EDTA/PFA for 8days.I have tried both enzymatic and microwave antigen retrieval methods.

In order to get some help, you need to give us the protocol you used (in details).

Thank you for your concern. I have got nice results today. It was a mistake in mixing time for A and B.
