Title: whole mount autofluorescence quenching

Hi,

I was just wondering if it is common to use Sudan Black or other autofluorescence quenching method on whole mounting.It is the first time I am approaching whole mount immuno!!.

Is there any special suggestion as my antigene has a very low expression??
