Title: Purification of FITC conjugated antibodies
Post by: jagan on December 20, 2007, 02:10:00 AM
Dear friends,
What is best column for Purifying FITC Conjugated antibodies other than Protein-Dextrose 10 Column? I am not prefering the
Protein-Dextrose 10 Column because this column we cant reuse? I tried to wash the column with Equilibration buffer, 3M NaCl and 0.2M NaOH, but no use. Please guide me in this Aspect!

Thanks and Regards,

Jagan

I use the PD-10 columns but do not reuse. Do you need to reuse?
