Title: Choosing Protease for AR

which type of protease i should choose to do the antigen retrieval on paraffin embedded section? there are so many choices from commercial company. what criteria should i need to consider when i choose it? any protocol suggested?

Proteinase K is commonly used for AR. It works for most of time when protein digestion is needed. Refer to this protocol.
