Title: fixation of fine needle aspirate smears

i am doing icc on aspirate smears of lymph node, my problem is proper fixation.
i would like to know how to start with aspirate smears?? ???

This can depend on what antibody you are using. Most commonly,the smears are air dried and then fixed with what is recommended on the antibody data sheet.

Thanks for clearing this up excalibur. I thought smears were usually air dried but wasn't too sure.
