Title: methyl green counter staining for cell growth on cover glass
Post by: gussy on August 10, 2010, 09:48:54 AM
Hi all,

I want to ask about methyl green counterstaining for cells growth on cover glass. I will do TUNEL assays and after finish I needs to do counterstaining with methyl green. I found the protocol of methyl green counter staining but that protocol is for paraffin embedding tissue. Is it the same?

Thank you for any advice

It should work.  But, that said, having a bit more information would be helpful....
