Title: Confocal
Post by: cincanada on November 20, 2003, 11:31:02 AM
So here it is, I have been using deconvolution confocal for my pictures of the PVN in rat brain.  Now my investigator wants to know which is better the regular confocal imaging or deconvolution confocal imaging.  Anyone I ask around here is biased to the one they use.

Thanks,

I prefer the regular confocal but my confocal sales rep swears by decon. I must say using BOTH together CANNOT BE BEAT!!! You are lucky to have the option of both!
