Here is a WT-1 protocol and it works well on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues.

hi sergio,

i use a dako product for WT1(monoclonal)-cut  fresh slide
                                                            -pepsin 10 mins

and for cd138 dako product monoclonal- microwave citrate buffer ph6.0
                                                            using a TTmega

for both antibodies i use ID labs link  and labell peroxidase
system.
