Title: Caspases
Post by: ljaw100 on September 07, 2004, 07:13:34 AM
Is anyone else using activated caspases to try and detect apoptosis in tissues either parrfin or GMA?  I'm having a few problems and would be grateful of any help.

Thanks

Laura

I have been using active caspase3 from R&D Systems with good success by refering to this protocol:
