Title: detection of apoptosis
Post by: EFadlon on May 26, 2011, 02:40:33 AM
Hi

I'm looking for a way to measure the apoptosis level of human cells inside bioreactors (except LDH level)
Like with ELISA or something else that will give me a value but not microscopy techniques

any ideas?

thanks

Indeed, there is a way to measure the apoptosis level of human cells using ELISA Test. Please refer to the abstract published in this Link https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11384675

You can contact MyBioSource for obtaining the relevant ELISA kit for the research.

Many apoptosis ELISA kits are available which can help in learning how cells are undergoing suicide in a predictable, programmed, controlled and routine manner. You may find the below link helpful.
