Title: TUNEL staining in osteoblast
Post by: LFong on February 28, 2012, 05:33:58 AM
Dear all,

i perform a TUNEL staining on young canine bone (formalin fixed and decalcified in EDTA) and it stained the chondrocytes perfectly. However, i did see some cytoplasmic staining at the osteoblast (just beneath the calcifying zone), but not the nuclei. i repeated it twice and same findings. Is it due to aspecific staining?

Thank you for your advice!
