Hi,
I recommend checking an antibody database at Labome.com. For anti-elastin antibodies you can look at this link: http://www.labome.com/review/gene/human/elastin-antibody.html. In particular, Abcam has one rabbit polyclonal anti-elastin antibody ab21610, which can be used for IHC on mouse tissues (reference: Han et al. Cell Tissue Res 2015). Also, Life Span Biosciences provides mouse monoclonal anti-elastin antibody 10B8, catalogue N: LS-B2146, for IHC on mouse samples at 1:500. For Western Blot on mouse samples, Santa Cruz has goat polyclonal (C-21, sc-17581) and mouse monoclonal anti-elastin antibodies A-8, sc-374638. Also, EMD Millipore offers mouse monoclonal anti-elastin antibody 10B8, MAB2503. Hope this comment is helpful.
