Title: room temperature antigen retrieval for ICC
Post by: WWeiwei on February 25, 2014, 04:28:21 PM
Hi,

Anyone has done room temperature  antigen retrieval on ICC. I tried the regular heat induced antigen retrieval, but because I used primary cell and the detachment of the cell to the coated glass slip wan't strong enough, there were no many cell left after the heating.

I found the room temperature protocol says it's for IHC, just want to know if anyone has tried it on cells?

Thanks a lot!

use triton x 100 0.5% should work fine at room temp.
