I am looking for the proper antibodies to differenciate between Leiomyoma, histocytic sarcoma, and stromal cell sarcoma of mouse uterus.

I donīt know much about mice. In humans you could use:

CD68 - Positive in histiocytic sarcoma
h-caldesmon -positive in most leiomyomas, rarely (never??) in  stromal sarcoma
CD44V3 - Positive in most leiomyomas, rarely in stromal sarcoma
CD10 - Positive in most stromal sarcomas, almost never in leiomyomas.

I think the "h" in h-caldesmon stands for human. Maybe there is a similar antibody available for mice.
