Title: Staining with a recombinant protein
Post by: frabarone on January 14, 2005, 11:26:59 AM
Hi,
I'm try to detect on paraffin sections the presence of plasmacells displaying a specific antibody that recognize a recombinant protein that I've got.
This method is working on frozen section . Does anyone have experience about how to make it work on paraffin?
How should I treat the samples without affeting the antibody structure? Should I make a retrieval or just dewax them?
Thanks
