Post by: ABS on April 01, 2005, 01:24:09 PM
Hello there! :D

I am a third year medical student and am working on a project regarding the use of IHC in the identification of GIT tumours and the diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer.

Could anyone please help? How should I approach it and where can I find appropriate info?

Thx a mil :D

Im not sure what you mean by "GIT tumor". Would that be GIST tumor?. It has nothing to do with breast tumors, but it does make sense to me. And what are you looking for with regard to breast tumors?. Is it a discussion of the use of immunohistochemistry in distinguishing between benign and malignant breast tumors or is it the use of immunohistochemistry in the prognosticating malignant breast tumors?
