iNOS IHC in cytospins

A colleague of mine is going to loof at iNOS excression in cytospins, anyone got any tips (fixatives or antibodies) or know how easy/hard this should be?

transfer cells onto slide without cytospin machine

If we do not have cytospin machine. How could I transfer cell suspension onto slide for staining? Do you have any suggestion?
