Has anyone had any luck with the antibody veg-f monoclonal antibody  from Dako? It seems to change from lot number to lot number.

Have you checked with the company? sometimes there can be problems with batches that they dont inform you of. Also if you are seeing batch differences there may be problems with delivery. It may seem like the antibody arrives on time and in the proper packaging but along the way it may have been left in the front seat of a delivery van in 38C sunlight..... trust me i know that problem

Also is your tissue diseased , could there be differences in expression that look like weak staining?

I did call the company, but not alot of customers are buying the antibody, so we decided to use Zymed's instead,  they carried both mono and poly, I have been working with these antibodies this week, and they look good, but I'm not giving up on Dako's. Thank you for the suggestion, It's nice to get feed back.
