ICC & Cell Tak
« on: March 14, 2006, 03:20:36 PM »
Much like Apple, I need to do ICC, but don't have a cytospin centrifuge.  What is the best way to get my cell suspension onto the slides?  I found Cell Tak from BD.  Is this any good?

Also, I am staining for viral proteins in a kinetics assay, so speed is of the essence.  Any suggestions?

Many thanks,

Jonah

Here you can find many methods dealing with cell preparatoin. Maybe one of them is suitable for your application.
