permeablization problem

I just want to permeabilize cell membrane, but keep nuclear membrane intact. What methods can I use? Thank you veeeeeeeeeeeeery much! By the way, I work on mammal cells.

You may still use Triton X-100, but with lower concentration and shorter time.

0.05% for 10 minutes for example. You may need to play around with it to get an optimal condition.
