« on: September 05, 2006, 04:32:38 AM »
Hi,
I have some problems with NG2(mo) Mab5384 from chemicon and ox-42 MCA275R from serotec. I cant get them to work on paraffin section from primate by using AR citratebuffer ph6 and if I use Tris EDTA ph 10 the section will fall off. I am using a pressure cocker but i tried in the water bath 95C for a short time and sama thing happens. What can I do?

Try EDTA at pH8 and leaving in the 95 degree water bath for longer.
