p75 NTR in dental pulp nerves.

May you please assist me in this. I have been trying using p75 NTR as my primary antibody with no success. I don,t know exactly where do I go wrong.

I use mice in postnatal day 4. Tissues were demineralized in EDTA/PFA for 8days.I have tried both enzymatic and microwave antigen retrieval methods.

 Thank you for your concern. I have got nice results today. It was a mistake in mixing time for A and B.
