Eosinophil marker
« on: October 08, 2008, 11:11:49 AM »
Does anyone have any experience of labelling eosinophils?

I have some paraffin embedded mouse lung sections, and want to identify eosinophils either by IHC or just a simple stain?

Thanks Julie

As their name says, eosinophils love eosin. You can use a simple H&E (hematoxylin & eosin) and the eosinophils will have red granules in the cytoplasm.
