Are there any markers that allow discriminating the various cell types / axons / dendrites in the cerebellar molecular layer (e.g., mouse / rat / primate) by indirect immunofluorescence?
- Purkinje cell body
- Purkinje cell dendrites
- stellar cells
- basket cells
- parallel fibres (ascending from granular cells in the granular layer)
- Golgi fibres (ascending from the Golgi cells)
- and importantly: the climbing fibres
Many thanks in advance!
